Everything you need to know about our delivery, cancellation, returns, and refund policies.

Timeframes include both production and shipping. Actual delivery may vary by destination, product type, and order volume.

1. Cancellation Policy

  • We strongly recommend double-checking all order information before completing payment.
  • After payment is processed, the order is automatically sent to production. Cancellations are generally not accepted to ensure efficient processing for all customers.
  • If you need to cancel or modify your order (size, color, quantity, or address), contact our support team immediately. All requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

2. Return & Reship Policy

Because all products are made-to-order and personalized, we do not accept returns from customers. If an order is returned to our facility, we handle it as follows:

Correct customer information

We will contact you for confirmation and reship a replacement order following the same production and shipping timeline as a new order.

Incorrect or incomplete customer information

We cannot offer reshipment due to high return costs, potential transit damage, and extended processing times. Please monitor tracking regularly and place a new order if needed.

Error on our part

Wrong design, incorrect size/color/material/style, poor print quality, or damaged product — we will immediately produce and ship a replacement at no additional cost, with no return required.

3. Refund Policy

Refund Eligible Situations

  • Product arrives damaged or deformed during shipping.
  • Clear, visible printing defects (blurry, faded, color mismatch, misalignment, etc.).
  • Item received is the wrong size compared to our official size chart.
  • Wrong color, material, or style from what was ordered.
  • Design printed is different from the one approved in your order.
  • Order was shipped to an address different from the one you provided.
  • Print quality or finishing is visibly poor to the naked eye.

Refunds NOT Available

  • You change your mind or are simply unsatisfied with the product after receipt.
  • The tracking status shows "Delivered Successfully," even if you claim not to have received the package.

Timeframe for Requests

  • Submit your refund request within 20 days from the date the order is marked as "Delivered."
  • Requests submitted after 20 days will not be accepted.

Provide required evidence

Order ID, clear photos or videos showing the issue (good lighting required), and tracking info if applicable.

Await our response

Our team reviews each request case-by-case and responds via email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Important Notes

  • For orders containing 2 or more items, processing times may be extended by 1 additional business day.
  • This policy does not apply to orders using our Design Support Service (these require additional verification before production).
  • During peak seasons or force majeure events, production and shipping times may be longer than usual. We will notify you promptly if this occurs.
  • All timelines referenced are business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
